Experienced server staff member. Admin on two networks, anticheat-focused, and available most of the day.
I've spent a long time on the staff side of Minecraft servers, from helping new players as a Helper up to running day-to-day moderation as a Senior Admin. I know how anticheats and plugins behave in practice, I'm on good terms with staff across a lot of communities, and I put real hours in every day.

Good friends with staff on many servers, useful for ban sharing, advice and finding new hires.
