By accessing or using Clipio AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Clipio AI is an AI-powered video editing platform that automatically identifies viral moments in long-form videos and generates short-form clips suitable for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain full ownership of the videos you upload and the clips generated from them. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use and process that content. You grant Clipio AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Free accounts are limited to 3 clips per month. Upgraded plans offer additional capacity. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated clips will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
